Our approach is comprehensive, ensuring that each phase of the project is meticulously planned and executed. Below, we outline the various phases of our design process:

 Our Process

  • The journey begins with the client inquiry phase. Prospective clients complete an intake form, which we carefully review to ensure fit and compatibility. Upon approval, we send out our engaging client questionnaire designed to gather insights into your style and needs. After reviewing your responses, we schedule a complimentary Zoom consultation to further discuss your project. This is followed by a post-consultation visit, allowing us to walk through the project space and gain a deeper understanding of your vision.

  • Once we move forward with the onboarding process, clients receive our comprehensive Welcome Package and an invitation to the design kickoff meeting. During this meeting, we review the project proposal, discuss the Client Agreement, and provide the initial invoice for the deposit. Once the deposit is paid or services are paid in full, we transition into the design phase.

  • In the design phase, we take a deep dive into the details of your lifestyle, home needs, and aesthetic preferences. Our team begins contacting vendors, sourcing materials, and pulling together all the elements needed to craft a cohesive design concept. This concept is then presented to you during our scheduled design presentation, allowing you to visualize the proposed transformation of your space.

  • Following the design presentation, we work through any necessary revisions. Once finalized, we move forward with procurement management. This involves ordering all necessary items, from tiles to sofas, and coordinating with tradesmen to schedule deliveries. We conduct quality checks to ensure that all items arrive undamaged and ready for installation.

  • The final phase involves the installation and styling of your newly designed space. Once construction is complete and all furnishings, finishes, and fixtures are in place, our team implements the design. We then wrap up the project by scheduling a photoshoot day, capturing stunning images for our portfolio and providing you with beautiful photos of your transformed home.
